The Dust studio has presented the first teaser of the action I, The Inquisitor, based on the books of the Polish writer Jacek Piekara.

The main character is the Inquisitor Mortimer Madderdin, and the events unfold in an alternate history where Jesus conquered Medieval Europe and the Inquisition is used to punish crimes. The character investigates a series of crimes in the city of Königstein.

The main focus is on the plot, and the combat system is borrowed in part from Batman: Arkham and Assassin's Creed. It will take about twenty hours to complete the game.

There is no release date for I, The Inquisitor yet.
