Old World - Release Date Trailer
1Mohawk Games has announced that the Old World strategy game, which is being developed by Soren Johnson, lead designer of games such as Civilization IV and Offworld Trading Company, will be released on the Epic Games Store on July 1.
The game is a 4X turn based strategy game. Here players can rule not only one ruler, but an entire dynasty. In addition, there are procedurally generated tasks, a tree of technologies and mechanics of card games. The game features over 1000 unique events, many of which are created in the spirit of the historical events of that era. These events endow the characters with different memories, traits and relationships, which can lead to subsequent events, so all decisions must be carefully considered.
