It appears to be Terraria 1.4.1 "Overhauled" debuffs, and they're quite right, since venom is now renamed to "Acid venom"... and that's it. Not sure if that's overhaul or not, but sure.

I tried to do something with flasks and debuffs in game, and I somehow broke the game, by dropping 30 meteor in one night... it was just background thing sadly, not an actual meteor landing. Unsure if the meteor landing event would happen twice on "same" night. Instead, I have tested about Terraria debuffs.

Acid venom is now more useable then any other debuffs, and it kinda makes other flasks obsolete: probably except for ichor. Ichor would be the top tier, but not sure if they'll do something important against enemy... Also, you can use venom to destroy the Daytime skeletron prime. If that isn't the reason you're not using debuffs, then you're probably never going to use debuffs.
