There are many backwards tracks made by the Zeepkist community. I myself can't race backwards at all, but gave it a try here. The difference between this track and other backwards ones is that you can safely spin around without flying off the track. Most spin around I do here is accidental, I was trying to run it backwards. I did a lot better than I have in previous backwards tracks though.
