I use mods (Again!) to turn every character in Fallout 4 into Bob Ross.
This time Bob Ross meets Dogmeat, Codsworth and Preston Bob Ross. Needless to say Dogmeat modded into Bob Ross is terrifying.

Uses a few mods from the Fallout 4 Nexus mods page but it is all mostly done using console commands to apply the Bob Ross preset to everyone in Fallout 4.

I have been making quite a few 'Bob Ross in Fallout 4' videos recently, I am going to cut down on these specific Bob Ross Fallout 4 videos and focus on some new Fallout 4 Machinima, however in between these bigger projects I have decided to keep making the 'I turned every character in Fallout 4 into Bob Ross' videos, so that I can keep making at least one video a week.
