I just want to rant about fps for a minute. WHAT component on my computer decides the framerate?? Is it the GPU? The Disk??? I was recording Minecraft and Teardown earlier, as you probably already know, and Christ, my frames were barely punching above 20, and when I shut down GOOGLE CHROME, of ALL THINGS, it was fixed. WHAT IS MY COMPUTER DOING MAN, I CAN'T EVEN RUN MINECRAFT, A GAME RELEASED IN 2011
