Returning to this game after 20 years for a serious try I recalled something i'd forgotten since then - Kirby's Adventure is amazing! I had a great time playing this and stifling laughter when I died in ludicrous ways. It's also super dickish. Kirby is a god-like entity in these games so it's easy to forget just how aggressive the enemies can be when you're not just randomly firing lasers at everything. There's also a lot of hidden stuff.. some obscure things I knew of, and some I didn't even figure out until fiddling around after this video was taken (that cannon in 7-5 is kind of insane). The difficulty runs the spectrum from catering to toddlers to requiring excellent reflexes and a lot of practice to escape damage. Truly it is a marvel of the ancient world.
