I WAS MISDIAGNOSED WITH BPD (MAJOR HEALTH UPDATE)
96today's video is a lot. i give an update on my mental health and physical health since my 'misdiagnosed with dissociative identity disorder (DID) video. today i talk about how i was also misdiagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and how dbt therapy was harmful to me. i discuss my discovery of finding out i have autism and attentive deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) as well as symptoms of complex post traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD). i explain a bit of my experience with panic disorder and my current struggles with bipolar 2 disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and i also go into my recent fibromyalgia diagnosis and some other chronic illness and chronic pain symptoms i have been experiencing. this is an extremely personal video that took a lot of time and thought to be able to actually film. recently the DID video has been getting a lot more attention than what i ever expected. i have no idea why. perhaps it has something to do with dissociadid returning to youtube or perhaps it is completely unrelated and DID is simply a popular topic at the moment. either way i felt an update was absolutely due, especially considering i do not have BPD and i think that is a very important clarification to explain and make. i hope you enjoy this mess. it's not a very positive or happy update, but i hope you are able to take something from it anyway. links bellow as always.
