Overheat problems on my i9 9900k on a Gigabyte Z390UD, with Noctua NH15S in a P110 Antec case.

Stock "default" settings (all set to AUTO by default) creates a major overheat of the i9 9900k in AIDA64 Extreme , even with a properly seated NH15. Temperatures of up to 100°C after just a minut of stress test. (This is tjMax, and causes throttling.)

The cause seems to be a very aggressive vCore setting.

Changing just a few BIOS/UEFI settings makes a MAJOR difference in heat and silence, and has NO performance impact whatsoever here. System has been stable so far.
