Replacing the 20 year old loose stock jack with a nice tight Pure Tone barrel jack. I was paranoid about damaging the luthite, and hoped to find a forum post or video about this topic from another JS10th owner, but since I couldn't find one, I made one. :)
I also had a thought that if someone _really_ didn't want to replace their jack, they could just attach a strong magnet to the jack on the inside of the cavity (it's a magnet...shouldn't need glue) and that would hold the plug in without as much need for friction. Just an idea for the soldering iron phobic.
