The party continues exploration of the Vale of Shadows, facing down a terrible Zombie Lord, which exudes an aura that causes instant death. Easily the hardest foe in the game so far, we have to cheese it a bit with the old reliable skull trap spam, along with Kiara and Cody being carefully placed. I watch the heroes' health constantly, insuring they don't die from intelligence loss, and kite the Zombie Lord towards the end, just in case. A nail-bitingly intense fight, but one the heroes proved victorious.
