I can move ICO around in a limited way at some previously off limits areas. For instance this level (called Proto) has a building with a broken dome that was never accessible before.

It appears a part of the dome has collapsed in ages past leaving a gaping hole and debris below (which ICO can stand on).

There is a broken ladder here but as yet I haven't tried to 'grab' onto it. However I don't think it's possible, just a decoration for show.
