0Nel campo della tecnologia, come dimostrato all'IDF Fall 2008, si stia lavorando per interpretare anche alcune onde cerebrali per interagire con la macchina. Ad esempio è possibile sollevare dei massi o delle tavole di legno all'interno dell'ambiente software creato ad hoc, il tutto con la "forza" del pensiero. Le onde cerebrali sono di fatto degli impulsi elettrici, motivo per il quale il sensore giusto al posto giusto può interpretare l'azione pensata.
