That's right, I cleared Idle Heroes Shadow Seal Land 20 with just an e5 Horus and e5 Ithaqua + support! I believe this is the lowest number of stars for a Shadow Seal Land 20, but let me know if you find a better one.

If you just want to see the final battles, you can skip to 1:19 for Seal Land 19 and 20:47 for Shadow Seal Land 20.

In the end this was my setup for SL20:

* 6* Deathsworn - 4* gear, Magic Source
* e5 Horus - Full Warrior, Block/HP, Golden Crown, 1/1/3/1/2
* 10* Dominator - 2/2, Fearless
* Ice Troll - 2/2, Fearless
* Ice Troll - 2/2, Fearless
* e5 Ithaqua - 1/3 (wep.), Crit/Crit/Attack, Glittery Antler's Cane, 2/2/2/2/2
* Max Phoenix (60/60/60)

Guild Tech:
Warrior = 30/30 anti-mage and 9/30 anti-priest
Assassin = 25/30 anti-warrior, 5/30 anti-mage, and 1/30 anti-priest
