This device can measure out to 40 meters and has an accuracy of +/- 2mm. An excellent way to take room measurements as you can plug in AREA, do Pythagorean measurements, add line segments, remove segments...etc. It also includes a level bead measure to make sure you are getting straight line measurements as well. Easy to use, you can set it to do a single read or multiple reads continuously until stopped as well.
