Every Rare weapon in this game requires that you complete all 4 of the tactical bonuses in a stage
Requirements (In order that I would recommend)
1. Defeat Ujisato Gamo with a combo count of 300 or more
2. Defeat Katsushige Nabeshima with full health
3. Defeat Teruzumi Akashi while the Eastern Army has 7 or more strongholds
4. Defeat Hiroie Kikkawa while the Eastern Army has 5 or less officers on the battlefield
Tips: This one isn't as hard as some other, but you actually need to wait for your allies to be defeated and you can't progress too far into the stage, otherwise the plot to get the Mori forces to defect means you'll be waiting even longer

Eternal Fist: Allow more time to elapse between combo strikes
Momentum: Increase Attack Power with longer combos
Balance: Gain the advantage in a deadlock, and do more damage when successful in overpowering your opponent
Excelsior: Reduce the amount of musou used in a musou attack
Paladin: Gradually fill the spirit gauge while on horseback
Awakening: Gradually fill the musou gauge while the spirit gauge is full

Fleet Foot: Increase the boot's speed
Safe Step: Avoid taking damage when initiating a sidestep
Safe Roll: Avoid taking damage for longer after a dodge
True Speed: increase movement speed during a musou attack
Musou Wind: Gradually fill the musou gauge while running
