If ZINK used 100% It Would Be Better Than OpenGL (Read description)

1ZINK seems to follow tdp or thermal desgin output, even with V-Sync off and therefore harder to compare the performance with other API'S.
If it wasn't dependant on the graphics card alone. It would perform better than either Vulkan or OpenGL.
