It's interesting how self-appointed "experts" with decent followings on Twitch tell people fairytales about how YouTube is so much better and thus misdirect away potential competition.

Take it from somebody with a TON of YouTube experience. YouTube is not a magic solution to your lack of discoverability. This platform has plenty of problems of its own, and it's nothing short of disingenuous to try to turn people away from experimenting with Twitch streaming when the truth is that every platform has its problems and potential problems.
