Ikaruga 1 Credit Game-On Actual Hardware! That is right, I finally got the Legendary Ikaruga import for the Sega Dreamcast!!! This is a vertical shmup and is the unofficial sequel to Radiant Silvergun. This game was developed by Treasure and ESP, which are two legendary names in the the pantheom of shmups! There is a ton of enemies but you must think and not just avoid the shots coming at you. The player must change the ship from white to black to fire on the enemies. The shots coming at you are unable to damage your ship if you are the same color, thus some strategy in this classic shmup! It does live up to the hype and is very enjoyable, though tuff as nails!
