I'm getting stressed but is it over nothing!?

Every video takes days of editing and when they finally finish I'm not happy with the quality and it's really stressing me out. I spent so long trying to make them look nice and at the end of the day, the problem is that the raw footage just simply isn't high enough.

The quality of my videos just isn't good enough for me anymore. The GoPro was fantastic quality in comparison to my iPhone 5s, but now I've seen what GoPro Hero 5 and 6 can do, or the Yi 4k+ Or even Charlie's iPhone 8+, I realised it's time to upgrade. But am I stressing over quality for no reason?
