Short in short, I would like an intro made so I will be able to finally have an intro for my videos.
I will be willing to pay $20-60 in gift cards for the intro if I really love the intro. It can anything from Xbox, Playstation, iTunes, Google Play maybe, Steam, which ever has a code generator in the back of the card.

I was able to talk to the producer of the song and get permission to use the song for my intro and outro. =P

I'm looking for a simple 3D text animation type of deal showing Swordking090 and possibly have "Gaming", "Let's Plays" "Vlogging" and whatnot in time with the beat of the song.

I want to see originality, not something you got from a template online so please have it made from scratch. =)

Also, I will be buying more than one intro if you are able to make an intro for Operation Dome, Operation Bedrock, or any other series that I'm making, I will be more than happy to pay for that too.. =P
