4The LEek is not a knife that was designed with lefties in mind. I actually broke my leek because the blade cut right through the speed safe lockbar.
If you are a lefty and want this knife, when you get it:
1. Adjust the speed safe tension IMMEDIATELY
2. Consider taping up the blade, and then practicing with your right hand.
