Impro at Cooking with Dopefish #10 - Steak!
880In this episode of IACWD I show you how to cook steak, the right way. I demonstrate both Rare and Medium and serve it with some red wine glazed mushrooms.

Ingredients:
Glazed Mushrooms:
Button Mushrooms, maybe 3-500g?
Garlic, 5 cloves
Sugarpeas, maybe 200g?
Red wine or balsamic vinegar, a couple of splashes
Red wine, half a bottle
Concentrated beef stock, a splash
Salt
Pepper
Dried Thyme
Butter
Steak:
Two good quality steaks, sirloin
Oil
Salt
Pepper
