Check MTU Fragmentation:
ping 8.8.8.8 -f -l 1472
Check Interface name:
netsh interface ipv4 show subinterfaces
Change MTU:
netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "[InterfaceName]" mtu=[MTU] store=persistent
Example:
netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "Ethernet" mtu=1472 store=persistent
