To get the mod working, simply copy my MKDHook.elif file and then go to your PLUGINS folder on PCSX2 (fork with plugins version that's needed for UMKD), and paste my version to replace the existing MKDHook.
This is because I modified the code in one of the files for ladder, which I learned how to do from a guide made by JohnTheSmallKid. The V7 characters are actually already coded into the tower list, so I have no idea why they don't work normally, but they do in mine. The other changes required specific code as the Monster fight cannot occur in the same tower as a normal Scorpion fight, and there's a 50/50 chance that Scorpion will actually be Monster when you find a ladder with him in it. The code to get Dragon King's Temple (DKA) to work required a lot of changes to make it work as a boss stage whilst also appearing for regular matches, but not appearing more than twice (once for Onaga fight, once at most for a regular fight.)
Not included in this version but I have managed to get all the Konquest stages working in this mode, but they display default text and arena backgrounds which visually look buggy but it's fully functional. I've tried but am yet to be successful in having it work so that the towers are still fully randomised, but there can only be one Konquest stage per tower at most. It isn't great to have them all in regular rotation because there's 11 total, so they'd fill up towers way too often. If I make a future version, then it'll likely be to include those stages in an appropriate way. If you installed the first version then this is different because I updated the code so that Monster and Scorpion can't coexist in one tower and also Dragon King's Temple can't appear more than twice, as before there was the low but very possible chance of it showing up an unlimited amount of times.
It seems obvious, but please note that this is a modified version of Ermaccer's UMKD V7 version of MKDHook. I'm unsure how this MKDHook will react to prior versions with the extra characters listed, and it is unsuitable for vanilla Deception. I will rerelease an updated version of this mod with V8 so that any new characters are included in the list of characters that can appear in ladders.
