Improvements And Fixes For Silent Hill 3 & 4 On PC
18Inspired by my Grand Theft Auto Patched Editions, I have decided to do something similar for both of these games. I did not include Silent Hill 2 because everyone already knows about the Enhanced Edition project.
Also, I didn't include in the video but you can have full controller Xinput support for these games.
What you'll need:
- Silent Hill 3 DVD or CD edition
- Silent Hill 4 GOG edition (hauntings fix won't work on retail)

Silent Hill 3:
- Slightly readjust the black borders to be like SH4 to avoid covering a bit too much of the screen
- Restore Heather's promotional game magazine shirts (PS2 exclusive)
- Fix real time shadows
Silent Hill 4:
- Increase the noise effect in higher resolutions
- Fix real time shadows
