Welcome back to OMORI!

Needless to say, these episodes are getting a lot more mish-moshy as time progresses. Not only do we have more side-quests to complete, we also have more little secrets and easter eggs to uncover, not to mention the whole rest of the story ahead of us!

In today's episode, we start off with a bit of running around. I wanted to find a few face walls, as well as explore a few new areas, and maybe check off some of my side-quests while I'm at it. After that, it's story time! Watch as we run amok in the Pyrefly Forest looking for any last secrets to scoop up before we blast our way through that strange pink blob that's blocking our path. I'm super proud of myself for finding the first of many big important lore rooms, and I had a lot of fun experimenting with audio effects, so I hope you will enjoy listening to it.

In this episode, I find the Lost Forest, governed by Daddy Longlegs, the first of 3 mysterious entities that seem to possess knowledge outside of this universe, outside of Headspace. Once we find the heart of the forest, Daddy drops the bomb on us, and gives us a very revealing story that tells of the nature of both this world and of us, our character, Omori/Jackie. After that, he disappears into a burning flame, and we're back on track with the story.

The next bit of the story has us smack dab in the Sprout Mole Colony, right before we enter Sweetheart's Castle. But before we can get into the castle, it's mini-boss time! Watch us take down grotesque creature after grotesque creature, then finally wrap things up by stopping to learn a bit about Oxford commas and tofu!

I can't wait to see what these next few episodes bring, and I hope you are excited too! Leave a comment down below and tell me what you thought about Daddy Longleg's story, the lore drop, or just the episode in general! I would love to hear your feedback. As of this moment, the rest of the episodes for my first playthrough have been edited, so I can't go back and change anything, but if y'all have any suggestions for me, I might be able to do things differently for my next 2 playthroughs.

As always, I wanted to leave y'all with a warning. From here on out, things get spooky and dense and intense, so I hope you're all still holding on strong, but in case you're not, go take a break, drink some water, hug your cat, or something.
