In the shell: MTG improving your self as a player #morningcoffee #mtgpodcast #mtgcreep
In magic the gathering, we find ourselves is a deck building, skill-based game based in strategy and experience. \nGetting experience can be tricky or easily blamed, or looked down on, if we get our butts wooped alot. It takes a will to continue and will to do better which these turn into want and desire. In short, we touch upon a competitive nature. \nNo matter how you look at it, Magic the gathering becomes a competitive sport at some level. in the smallest degree, someone has got to win, and in more advanced stages, "I've got to win"\nHow do we get better and improve? Well for starters, the most valuable asset you have in the game, besides yourself and having a deck to play with- is the access to other players. Since Magic the gathering is a socialized game - where you have to play against other people, a good thought process is to take advantage of the time with other players and ask them about their victories and games they learned the most from.\nget to know other players on a more personal level, if possible. Each person in a game store has a story to tell and experiences you just haven't been through yourself. in short, other players have information and experiences that you can earn from. even your story has the power to teach people something new. \nThe other part of improving as a magic player, is simply and more easily said than done, Your attitude defines your character as a player, and is the key to the minds door. If you have a poor and sour attitude, your chances of learning become smaller, and it becomes easier to blame bad luck, bad draws and blame the magic Gods for hating you. Instead you should take salty interactions and turn them around or simply understand a bad game is just a game and does not define your soul as a player and person.\nLosing a game of magic comes and goes, it happens all the time, we need to find a healthy balance and a good place for our positive and negative attitudes and understand, the game is over all just a game and instead of blaming anything for a bad game, we should just think of the ways we can improve our game plays. Sometimes and from a personal experience, I had to learn to shuffle a commander deck, really, I had to learn how to shuffle a 99 card deck, to improve my draw ratio in a game of commander Magic the gathering.\nso remember blaming bad luck all the time is unhealthy, it is as dangerous for your mindset to think bad things in the game are not your fault and can't be improved.. Losing a game cannot be the end of the world for you. You cannot beat yourself up, but instead escape the negative emotions and start looking for healthy solutions.\n\nFacebook Link:\nhttps://www.facebook.com/groups/sftmtg\nDiscord Link:\nhttps://discord.gg/cFeFktmTrV\nCheck out Darc Raven's sweet MTG swag!\nhttps://kaarensaartopia.com/\nWhere I like to buy my magic cards?\nhttp://www.cardkingdom.com\n--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nCheck out Darc Raven's sweet MTG swag!\nhttps://kaarensaartopia.com/\nbuy my dice bag! $45 dollars plus $5 dollar ship...\nhttps://kaarensaartopia.com\n--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nRED CUB LEATHER\nRedcubleather@gmail.com\nPhone: (218) 760-1629\nFacebook link.\nhttps://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063671391423 \nWhere I like to buy my magic cards?\nhttp://www.cardkingdom.com\nCheck out MTG Goldfish for some epic deals and the Movers and shakers list\nhttps://www.mtggoldfish.com\n--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nTCGdude: WILD TCG player store: \nhttps://shop.tcgplayer.com/sellerfeedback/62c2a64d\nTibalts Apprentice: Dark Ritual, TCG player link.\nhttps://www.tcgplayer.com/search/all/product?seller=ba4113a3&view=list&direct=true\nCheck out MTG Goldfish for some epic deals and the Movers and shakers list\nhttps://www.mtggoldfish.com\n--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\n#mtg #superfasttortoise #sft #wizardsofthecoast #magicthegathering #commander #WOTC #mtgcube #dreams #freemagic #discord #gaming #gamer #EDH #youtube #podcast #podcasting #podcasters #openforum #morningcoffee #coffee #coffeetime #goodmorning #morningmotivation\n\nJOIN STREAMYARD TEAM!\nWant to create live streams like this?
