Rules regarding scouts:
1. We are only allowed 1 random scout per area (this applies to the when a character wants to join u after a soccer battle)
1B. We are only allowed to scout the 1st character that asks to join our team after a soccer battle (so once the 1st character asks to join thats all you can get in that area)
2. Regarding the capsule scouts we are allowed 1 character for each color of capsule scouts in a area these capsule machines are (which means we can get 3 characters per capsule in area)
2B. Like with the battle scouts we are only allowed to recruit the first player that shows up from the capsules.
3. Regarding Recruiting members from different teams we will use a number generator corresponding to the amount of players on the team to decide who we get to recruit.
