Mover (Former F-16 Pilot) and Richard "Rocket" Smith break down a HUD tape from an F-16D that lost its engine and landed at Tampa International Airport in the late 80s. Rocket was an FAA Air Traffic Controller for nearly 30 years and was the Tower Controller that day.
