This may just be the best way to get Toroids at the moment. In the video I manage 20 Toroids in 30 minutes. And after tweaking my build I managed nearly 1 per minute. Keeping mind this is with both the 2x drop booster and rare drop booster but I did it Solo with Mesa which means less spawns and no bonus using Nekros.
