Flying the nimble stunt plane around in Grand Theft Auto V with the Oculus Rift DK2 is fantastic fun !

So in this video we see how low we can go whilst trying not to fly into the Cityscape. Though GTA V's flight model is not exactly realistic the view from the window at night is possibly one of the best you can experience in a flying game at this point in time.

We were genuinely surprised to find that the game suffered from minimal popup and for the most part ran smooth despite rendering in 3D with a wider FOV.

To get GTA to run with the DK2 you need to get Vorpx https://www.vorpx.com/ as well as http://www.flawlesswidescreen.org/ though its worth noting that should you go online whalst running this rockstar might slap you and ban your copy of GTA 5 from the internet ( just a warning)
