At first glance, the Taito version of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade for the NES looks like a massive upgrade from the Ubisoft one, but looks can be deceiving. After all these terrible Indiana Jones games I've played, you know what the one thing I was desperately pleading for? Well, NOT A FRICKING SLIDE PUZZLE!!!!! That's right, there's the dreaded slide puzzle in this game. I'm tempted to now deem this the worst Indy game, but it does have some merit. The music is ok and most stages are at least playable. You can choose the stage order, just don't get the grail without saving dad, or the knight will call you out and it's game over. Finally, I am done with this Last Crusade. It has to be the last... right?
