0The air is crackling with power as I take my staff in hand and descend death upon my enemies in this Indie Game of the Week!
Magicka: Wizard Wars gives you all the power of magic in this free-to-play action MOBA. You play a wizard and dive into vicious combat against fellow magic-users, combining any of the 8 elements for devastating magical effects.
Wizard wars is extremely entertaining as it is challenging as you must learn to use your spells and elements tactically to overcome your enemies defenses and strategies. With a micro-transaction shop that gives you the ability to specialize your wizard but not gain a significant advantage as every item has a benefit and a negative.
While the game is still in development you can clearly see the polish and detail put into Wizard wars as each spell and power beautifully flashes across your screen. The battles are great as you decimate your enemies with a glowing fireball made from fire and stone. There is still much to learn though as Magicka: Wizard Wars is easy to play but takes time to master!
