Easily gain 107-150+ (XP) Exp on Hard mode in 30 seconds by replaying the "Playing the Hero" bad karma sidemission located in the flooded section of New Marais.

Play repeatedly and end it abruptly by throwing grenades at your feet and running into them. Use either the Ionic Drain, Ionic Vortex, or Ionic Freeze powers to rack up fast experience points.

This will also build negative karma points quickly, so it is advised that you do this early if playing on the good karma superhero side.

This is useful on hard mode because even if you complete all of the sidemissions on hard you will likely not have enough XP by game end to unlock all powers if starting from hard from scratch.
