The infection is cured! The chair is...interesting. I am curious about the lore because I feel like I'm missing something.

One thing I forgot to mention: At first I thought it was a visual a bug, then I thought it was the unlock to get Nidus! Researching that, I figured out what it was. I can see new people, who have no idea what it was, being turned off if their main frame is infected and they have to wait seven days to cure it.
