An update to their website would resolve this. IMO, companies should not miss opportunities to educate their customers. People returning to the game before Morrowind was released have NO REASON to know there was a change in content release (and price) because there is NOTHING on the page to let them know. With the "issues" going on in WoW right now, they have the opportunity to attract players to the game. Players that potentially were once interested in the game.

Update the site to reflect the changes. It's that simple.
