The History behind:
We had a group of 6 on our Mumble server to start another night playing WarZ, when we left the east safe zone. So far everything was going great! We have people in charge of scout the front, some other checking our back and in the middle everybody was laughing like mad! Until... We came across one survivor. His objective was to reach the safe zone. Well, in Geezers in Arms our goal is not to kill survivors, is to survive the apocalypse together, and killing a lonely, unarm survivor is not going to make us happy.
We invited him to join the Fellowship of the Chip and join the fun with the rest of the crew.
So far so good, we put a guard on him and we let him be in the front... one wrong move and a set of shotguns will be firing without mercy. No weapons and where everybody can see you....That was the deal.

We got to Clearview and the spotters were position to make sure it was safe for the rest of the group. Everything was clear so we moved ahead. Unknown survivor was moving in front but with some very poor survivor skills. Walking around the city, aggravating every single zombie and bring them toward us. No what you expect from a new guy.... Too much noise... the crew was in risk to be spotted by another group of survivor, especially if we have a dude jumping and running like a COD kid in front of us.
We let that go and we continue with a fast surgical mission of collect loot.... BUT once again... unknown survivor was causing problems. More and more zombies were getting piss!! And we started to be concern about that, too much time wasted killing people in the open... not a good scenario for a survivor!! You don't want to be on the spotlight!

Finally.... The last drop of patience was gone when Mr. Unknown Survivor decided to pick up all the loot, when in the background we were protecting him and cleaning the area for him. There is a code of conduct for a survivor who joins a crew that offer you food, protection and company... you can't do that!
He continued doing the same for a few more minutes and then he said that some of his friends were in the same village, with weapons and "friendlies". We took the decision and without wasting too much time.... We kill him. We can afford to have a possible spy, that is taking all our loot and also bringing us zombies to keep us entertain.

We, Geezers in Arms, are very organized and fun group of mature gamers... we share the loot, we assign different roles, we protect each other and we distribute the loot in a better way to be able to carry the most of it.... We enjoy and laugh playing, but we can't tolerate when people try to take advantage of all that.

So... do you guys/gals think we did ok or not with our decision of killing this unknown civilian?

In GIA it's all about having fun, teamwork and enjoy the game together. We take care for each other and we are very organized in order to maximize the benefits to all our members. Sharing loot, weapons, assigning roles are just some examples of who we are.
We don't kill on sight, but we are armed and not afraid to shoot if the crew is on jeopardy.
Area control is also something that we do, and we don't allow people to get into that circle because that can put in risk some other members. If some scavengers are working, our spotter and soldiers will be guarding their job.

Our members are from all over US, so we cover most of the time zones.
