When the main story is all said and done, there's always that one extra bit of content that teases you to keep playing.
Infinity Mode within Dead Rising is basically sandbox mode where you can explore the mall for as long as you want. However, there are several catches: Food is scarce, your health is constantly depleting, one area of the main game as well as some objects used to make certain items are inaccessible and the psychopaths and zombies are not the only obstacles that will make your pursuit of survival a living nightmare. And by that, I mean the survivors are always hostile.
Basically, in this mode, you have to survive for as long as you can before your health reaches to 0.
How to unlock Infinity Mode: Complete the game (Beat 72 Hour Mode and completing all the cases) and Complete Overtime Mode.
In this video, I will try to attempt to get as far as I can before I either get interrupted and have to bail from the recording session, I get a game over by running out of health, or I get so tired that I cannot continue onward.
