This video covers patrolling the city after the opening of Orchis Tower, and figuring out what Lecther and Kilika are doing. No combat takes place in this video. Here are the timestamps and notes.

Note: The scenes with Lechter and Kilika are optional and were very buggy for me. You need to talk to Cunha and Ozelle in the Harbor District first, and then Sophie in the entertainment district, and then Cronk on East street to get them to spawn. Talk to someone anyone other than them first? Sometimes Lecther won't spawn. Entered a building? Sometimes Kilika won't spawn. Sometimes you do it perfectly and neither spawn anyway. This was my fourth or fifth time before they decided to show up.
