How to setup your Instinct 2 Solar:
1. Turn on the Garmin Instinct 2 Solar by holding down the light button.
2. Navigate to your respective app store to download and install the Garmin Connect App.

3. Open the Garmin Connect app on your phone or tablet and create an account.
4. Ensure your bluetooth is enabled on your phone or tablet, then select the plus symbol in the app to set up a new device.
5. If your Garmin Instinct 2 Solar is turned on, the app should automatically find your watch. If not, find the Garmin Instinct 2 Solar in the list of available watches. Select Connect it.
6. Check the Garmin Instinct 2 Solar for a pairing code. Enter that into the app when prompted,
7. Go through the setup steps for sleep time, wrist, goal setting, and device syncing.
8. Your Garmin Instinct 2 Solar has now been set up and is ready to be used. Enjoy!
