In this Injustice Gods Among Us video, we completed the Cloak of Destiny Multiplayer Challenge on Wednesday, July 15th by getting in the top 5%. We also open up 20 Gear Lockers to evolve the Cloak to the Cloak of Destiny. Pay super close attention to the second Gear Locker I open. We also pick up two new 3 Star Gear Items I didn't own before.

CRIT BOOST: 30% more damage on CRIT attacks(+1% per level, up to 50%)
100% Damage increase against stunned(+5% per Level, up to 200%
[EVOLVED] 10% STUN chance on Tag-In(+1% per Level, up to 20%

Shattering gives you 8 Red, Blue, Green, 1 Purple Shards.
Evolving starts at 1,000 Credits, and goes up 1,000 Credits every rank. The amount of shards needed also goes up from 4 of every shard, by 2 every rank, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, and finally 24 for +10, then to Evolve it, you need 15 Red, Blue, Green Shards, and 5 Purple, along with 60,000 Credits.

Who can benefit from the Cloak of Destiny most? Anyone who has innate stunning abilities, like Martian Manhunter(Combo Ender), Batman(Explosive Batarang), Luchador Bane(On Tag in), Cyborg, Hawkgirl(Mace Charge), Silver Solomon Grundy(Swamp Hands), Static(Taser Trap), New 52 The Flash(Bolt of Lightning), and Zatanna's BACKFIRE is also a stun component, but you won't see that one very often.

I have not tested if this works on freeze mechanics, if it does, then it works with Killer Frost's Cold as Ice, Godfall Superman's Frozen Delivery, Arrow Green Arrow's Combo Ender, and Green Arrow's Freezing Arrow.

Conclusion: This gear is useless against Red Son Green Lantern, as he grants immunity to all Red Son Characters on not only the crit damage, but the stun component. Batman Beyond cannot also be stunned. However, against Killer Frost, this works perfectly. If you can get the stun to go off, you might be able to deal with the overpowered Killer Frost Black Ice much easier. Is this worth sacrificing basic damage on? In the case of Batman, YES, since his rare gear item doubles as increased crit damage. This can be useful on Deathstroke as well, since his gear increases crit damage on basic attacks as well. But you really need someone with innate stun abilities to maximize the usefulness of this gear.

Best use: Luchador Bane or Martian Manhunter, runner up Hawkgirl or Static
