Please enjoy! I don't usually run anything DOOM-related, but I felt compelled to do runs of this awesome Innyume expansion created on the engine. I had a lot of fun!

"Nolem Mode" is effectively the hard mode of the mod, in which Smile Ghost has been replaced with various new enemies that have special formidable behaviors for hunting down the player. I had to go incredibly fast in order to avoid as many encounters with these guys as possible...
