I went back to Prison to redo. It was a visiting room Revenant. I didn't bother looking for the bone. I left after I knew what it was, since sanity was tight.
The Sunny Meadows Restricted ghost was a Raiju - I could hear it slow down with the paramic. It also finally came out, allowing me to Repel. I left without a perfect game.
Apparently detecting 50 sounds with a Sound Sensor is very easy, only takes one mission.
Tier 3 unlocks will start at level 46. I still have 4 Tier 2 items (total $19500) that I haven't unlocked yet, with $6600 in my bank. I'd rather keep $3000 in case I die. So it will be a while before I'm fully caught up on unlocks. The 4 items (sanity meds, tripod, head gear and motion sensor) aren't really needed.
It's possible that all this time I have actually been getting the cash unlocks at certain levels. I suspect there will be another at 44 - I'll watch more closely.
