INSIDE (Limbo 2) - Part 2: The Farm [Walkthrough No Commentary]
24The Farm is the first second of the game in Inside. This walkthrough will show how to survive, solve puzzles, and find any secret Collectibles in this area of the game.

The Farm
As you leave the forest behind and head into the farmlands, you won't have to worry about any pursuers or hostile enemies for now.
Collectible Orb #2: Field Research
As you enter the cornfield, hold down the interact button as you move through the maze. Just after the corn parts in the foreground, your character should stoop down to grab a barely visible latch for a bunker door. Pull it open and head inside to find a weird bunker that contains a sealed door with an inactive switch (remember this area for later) and a small side room for photo development that houses the orb you can pull to disable.
As you leave the fields of corn, you may hear some odd noises, looking down, note the little chick-like things at you feet. They'll follow you without question, and more of them will find you as you enter a large barn.
Inside the barn is large machine that needs to be cranked - and the way forward is blocked. In order to get past, run all the way right and let the chicks follow you, then run back after charging up the machine, and hold down the lever as the chicks pass the opening to suck them up. Don't worry, they won't be hurt, instead they'll fly into a bale of hay in the rafters and knock it down, letting you drag it to the right and climb over.
Leaving the barn, you'll climb up to the roof until you reach the edge where a wagon full of...dead pigs, is sitting below. Drop down and they'll soften the fall.
Collectible Orb #3: Wee Wee Wee
After falling down onto the wagon, note the barn wall on the left has some loose planks. Drag the wagon over to the left wall and climb up to pry open a plank and slip inside to a room full of diseased looking pigs. They won't mind as you pass through them to grab onto a rope in the middle, so you can climb up and swing left to find another orb to disable.
Drag the wagon all the way right to make a platform to leave the farm area behind, as you slog through the mud and a chain link fence to leave. As you pass by a bunch of dead pigs, one will suddenly rise and squeal in anger and give chase! There's no outrunning it, but you can dodge by jumping over its head as it charges.
Keep making your way right until you reach a dead end, then let the pig charge into the wall to break through. In this large room the pig will keep at it, so again go all the way right to a more solid wall and let the pig charge to stun it.
There's an odd device in the center of the room but its too high up. Lucky for you, there is a very diseased pig lying nearby, so grab hold of the...thing, and pull it out, and the pig won't object to you leading it back left and use it as a stepping stool to grab the device.
It turns out the device will let you control the kneeling people in the background! They will rise up, and any action you perform, so will they. There are two men in the cage, one outside, and another up above the cage. Walk right to make the man above drop down, and have them move against the cage and interact to grab it. While they are stuck in that position, have the other two move to the cage door as well so all four can lift it.
With all four men free, have them pull the shelving at the far right side, and pulling it out will trigger a collapse letting you pass as you take off the helmet. Continue up and over and lift the last gate yourself to pass into The City.
Inside (stylized in-game as INSIDE) is a puzzle-platformer adventure video game developed and published by independent studio Playdead. In the game the player controls a young boy in a monochromatic-like landscape, solving environmental puzzles while avoiding death in a 3D sidescrolling fashion, thematically and visually similar to Playdead's earlier game Limbo.
Inside was released on Xbox One on June 29, 2016, and on Microsoft Windows on July 7, 2016. The game received near-unanimous acclaim upon release, with some critics and reviewers calling it a worthy successor to Limbo 2.
