Abhimanyu Mishra gained world wide recognition after he became the youngest GM in the world at the age of 12 years 4 months and 25 days. The boy has broken all the records that are there on his way to becoming a GM. But now starts his next journey - from a 2500 rated GM to a world class GM.

Abhimanyu took a strong step in this direction with two powerful performances at the Spring Classic (B-group) and the Reykjavik Open 2022. At the Spring Classic he finished first with a rating performance of 2700 performance and at the Reykjavik Open he was joint second with 7.0/9.

In this video, we speak with Abhimanyu and he shows two games - one against Robert Hungaski (2554) at the Spring Classic 2022 and with Idani Pouya (2638) at the Reykjavik Open 2022. You also get to train your chess with Abhimanyu as he asks you a lot of questions in between the game.
