Today i play on a Modded server in Insurgency Sandstorm.
if you want to check it out its as easy as going to the community servers tab ingame and clicking on server IP seach button and entering this ip into the search bar:

just let it download the required files and your all set.
if it kicks you for anticheat timeout just go to the windows searchbar and search SERVICES then open it and look for EasyAntiCheat and right click and restart the service. should fix the issue if you get it.
