Intel Xe Monstrous GPU Detailed - An Engineer's Dream | Xbox Series X - Crazy Demand, Low Supply
In Today's RedGamingTech video, Paul discusses Intel Xe once more. Today, Intel's monstrous GPU has been detailed, thanks to a new image shared by Raja Koduri himself. We discuss what was showm, what we can learn about the hardware specifications of the Intel Xe HPC discrete graphics card and more in this analysis.
We know a fair bit about the architecture and performance targets that Intel has for Xe AKA Ponte Vecchio, so what can we expect in terms of final specs and gaming performance from the Intel Xe discrete GPU? So far, what we see looks monstrous indeed....
The Xbox Series X / S has suffered from the same supply shortages and availability issues as the PS5, and most of the next gen hardware released last year, and Microsoft have said that the XSX demand will continue to be crazy for some time. As we finally start to see Xbox console exclusives like The Medium release, demand will probably remain high - but will the production of the next gen console from Microsoft catch up and reach normal levels? Demand for both the XSX and Playstation 5 from Sony have been pretty nuts, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.
We also have yet more news for Intel's Rocket Lake S processors, as we have confirmation of the specs 11900K, 11700K and 11600K CPUs. But will the specifications and performance of these chips be enough to challenge AMD's Ryzen dominance?
Finally, an update on the Nintendo Switch Pro, which may not be called that at all. In fact, we might be challening the 1980's with the name Super Switch. But when will see an official reveal on this alleged 4K console from Nintendo?
