The IZH-18 is widely considered one of the most unused weapons in DayZ. With SKS ammo being some what hard to come by, you're more likely to come across a carbine, sks or akm well before you get your hands on both an IZH-18 plus the ammo.

However with the unlikely chance that you actually have to use this weapon in PvP we ask the question how well does it stack up?
