Here is how to spawn NPCs in Medal of Honor Allied Assault:

I'm playing the game on GOG version, Medal of Honor Allied Assault War Chest (Size 2.70gb). I strongly recommend this version to anyone who wants to play the game because there are additional packages included.
-First of all, you must activate the console commands in the game. For this, you will right-click the shortcut of the game created on the desktop, select properties, and add the following codes to the extension in the target section.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Medal of Honor\MOHAA.exe" +set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1 +set cl_playintro 0

-If you get the message "You must run the server with + set cheats 1" when you enter the codes. It means that you have run the game from somewhere else, not from the shortcut extension we created above.
- Also in order to activate the codes, you must restart the game open it from the shortcut and start the mission from the beginning. Because when you play without using the shortcut above, the console codes will always be passive, also it will not work on your current save.
If you have also activated the console commands, we can now try some command examples;

spawn human/2nd-ranger_lieutenant.tik weapon "thompson" accuracy 20 health 1

-When you enter the code above to the console, it will spawn a lieutenant with Thompson gun.

spawn human / allied_airborne_soldier.tik weapon "bar" accuracy 20 health 1

-When you enter the code above, it will spawn an airborne soldier with the Bar weapon.

-Note: These commands would work on the mission I'm playing in the video, but some commands might not work on the other missions. This is because some NPCs are not loaded in some missions. If a shotgun NPC never appears in the mission normally, you can't spawn them by command because they are not loaded for that mission.
